At Litmuz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
• The product is not damaged or altered
• You have the original invoice/receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or customized products
• Live plants (unless damaged during delivery)
• Perishable goods
• Products marked as non-returnable

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will guide you through the return process
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
